BEIJING, Jan. 15, 2021 / PRNewswire / –  The  Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) secretariat and Thousand Cities Strategic Algorithms (TCSA) jointly hosted a summit in Beijing on Tuesday on the National Data Brain: Promoting Societal Stability and Economic Recovery “.

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the SCO, the SCO member states, observer states, partner states, ambassadors, diplomatic representatives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the League of Arab States (LAS) as well as well-known Chinese entrepreneurs took part in the summit.

According to the SCO General Secretary Vladimir Norov, who gave a speech at the beginning of the summit, the SCO countries are making joint efforts to build an effective financial mechanism for data-driven economic development. A deep understanding of the TCSA solution can help achieve the goal of closer collaboration based on innovative technologies.

 The  summit provide a technological blueprint for improving macroeconomic governance, said Vladimir Norov. He hoped that the summit could accelerate the development of the “National Data Brain” in various countries in order to achieve social stability and economic revitalization for all SCO states.

Adkins Zheng, Chairman of TCSA, expressed his gratitude for the recognition and support of the SCO and gave a detailed talk on the structure of the national data brain.

TCSA has developed a novel model for the transmission, storage, computation and application of data in a variety of dimensions, Zheng said, adding that this data architecture, like the central unit of the economy, can reduce data processing costs exponentially.

As the first international consulting firm to serve visionary central governments in building digitized national macroeconomic systems by building a “national data brain”, TCSA has received great recognition from authorities and universities such as the World Bank and the IMF.

TCSA is currently promoting cooperation with central governments and central banks in 50 countries, five of which are planning to sign and two of which are already signatories to cooperation agreements.
