Police officers Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson were off duty when they were photographed standing in front of a statue inside the Temple of American Democracy in Washington, DC
The two law enforcement officials were charged with illegal entry into a restricted area, violent entry and disorderly conduct, reports the “New York Post”.
One of the accused, Thomas Robertson, even made statements on social media in which he added more.

He added that he was proud of the incriminating photo and was ready to do whatever it takes.

The Rocky Mount Police Department has placed the two officers on administrative leave.
