Police officers Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson were off duty when they were photographed standing in front of a statue inside the Temple of American Democracy in Washington, DC

The two law enforcement officials were charged with illegal entry into a restricted area, violent entry and disorderly conduct, reports the “New York Post”.
